Definitely check out Ward Clayton‘s comprehensive overview of what’s at stake this week in the Lorena Ochoa Invitational, along with Tony Jesselli‘s tournament preview.  With all eyes on the LPGA’s Big 3 of Inbee Park, Suzann Pettersen, and Stacy Lewis, I’ll be interested in finding out if the tournament’s tradition of relative surprise winners continues.  There are lots of great players in the field without a win in 2013–like So Yeon Ryu, Paula Creamer, Ai Miyazato, and Anna Nordqvist, not to mention former champions In-Kyung Kim, Michelle Wie, and Angela Stanford–and even more who have never won on the LPGA or won only once.  I can’t wait to see how this one plays out!
