By Patricia Hannigan

This is a touchy one. The Men's Grill, that bastion that exists at many clubs... it's often a bar/casual dining establishment... it may involve cigars and/or cards and/or a big screen TV or two. My slowly-recovering back prevents me from playing, caddying, or even attending the pro-ams at the Futures Tour's Alliance Bank Golf Classic this week in Syracuse, but I do plan to be walking Drumlins East Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I'll be sure to...

The Best on the LPGA Without a Major, July 2010 Edition

By Brandon

Just up this morning is a column I've written on a potential trend in golf: 18-hole clubs selling off a few holes for development and running a shortened layout of just 12-14 holes. Ever since I began thinking about this article, I consider some city&a...

My Search for an Awesome Sunday Golf Bag

July 26, 2010
By Patricia Hannigan

So that's what I'm looking for. They used to call them "Sunday bags", but now I hear people referring to them as "range bags". I want something like the one in the illustration at left. These over-the-shoulder appear to have been popular at the Home of Golf in bygone years, as illustrated in the charming vintage poster at left. I'm looking for something light... something that accommodates
